• North Pole Experience - Step into a magical, immersive journey through the North Pole, guided by Santa’s cheerful elves. Wander through Santa’s bustling postal workshop, peek inside the cosy kitchen of Mrs Claus and make a special Christmas wish at the Wishing Tree before taking a family photo at our sleigh!

• Meet Santa Claus - Enjoy a magical 1-to-1 family visit in his enchanting grotto.

• Make a Cuddly Bear - Visit the Elves’ workshop and create your very own cuddly bear to take home, complete with a special birth certificate.

• Choose a FREE Toy - Visit the Toy Shop and pick out a special gift to take home.

• Festive Crafts - Get creative and make something special to help get ready for Christmas.

• Live Interactive Shows - Join the festive fun in our Show Barn with lively Christmas character performances.

• Tree by Twinklelight Shows – Gather together and watch our mesmerising illuminated Christmas tree displays.

• The A Cappella Penguins – Be charmed by the smooth harmonies of our much-loved festive crooners.

Running on selected dates from 27 November to 24 December 2026,  families can enjoy a full day of festive fun and unforgettable moments together, with dedicated SEN sessions available.
